On 12 April, we had our GB Helios CONNECT for the F&B industry peers at The Masons Table. We were stoked to have Jonathan Lim (Chief Executive of Oddle), Joanne Ho (Director of Brand Cellar), Rishi Naleendra (Chef-Owner of Cloudstreet, Kotuwa & FOOL), and Seah Ern Xu (Head of Operations and Planning, Baker & Cook) in the panel, with our Founder, Alex Chua as the moderator.
Not only did the panel share their experiences, challenges and how they overcame them, they also addressed the challenges currently faced in the F&B sector.
